How does my agency know that I have finished the program and passed the test?
You must log into a special web site where the test is stored and sign in with a special identifying number. Upon completing the test with a passing score you and your agency will be notified by CJTA of your accomplishment. A certificate will be mailed or emailed to your agency for their records. CJTA also keeps records of your training. |

How often is the program updated.
The program must be re-certified every two years for POST credit, however, the up dating is an ongoing process. You can be assured that when you receive your program that it is the most current available as to State Statute and current philosophy on the use of force.

How can you make this program available for such a reasonable fee?
The research and development is the expensive part, we hope to recoup these expenses over several years and this we believe can be done by offering a quality program for a reasonable fee and partnering with the right organizations.
Only a small section of the program is agency specific and we have developed a means to make these custom adjustments normally within a day. This allows us to offer the program as a special custom program without the high cost of a special custom program. Again this is in line with our company philosophy.
