Jim has a varied background in education and Public Safety . He has been teaching since 1969 and has been involved in public safety since 1970.  

Jim currently teaches criminal justice programs for the World's largest Private Universitiy and a former a member of the Minnesota Chiefs of Police  CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) & Command Academy which is devoted to the training and education of  new  CLEO's in the State of Minnesota.

He currently is the Director of Emergency Management for a Minnesota County.

Jim is working on a doctorate in computer technology in education from Nova Southeastern University at this point he is an ABD.

Mark is a  retired Deputy Chief of a small Minnesota Agency where he spent 32 years in law enforcement.

He is highly regarded in the law enforcement community where he  has extensive experience in K-9,  FTO and Safe & Sober programs.

he has also worked with his County Attorney in developing and presenting anti-bullying programs for County schools.

"Bill Tom" is a retired St. Louis County Police Lt. and a retired Criminal Justice Professor for Miami-Dade Community College. He is an expert in test construction, he has also particiapted as an assessor for the Miami-Dade Assessment Center which contracts with many large police departments throughout the United States for selecting their future leaders.
